Refunds

We hope you will be thoroughly pleased with your order! However, if you are not, we happily accept returns and exchanges.

You may return your items within 30 days of the order date. We cannot accept any returns that are not in their original condition or have been used.

Returns without a receipt or invoice may only be returned for store credit. Other returns will be credited to your credit card minus the original shipping charges.

If your product is defective, you may return it for a full refund or exchange including shipping costs.

Taxes

Massachusetts law requires us to apply a 6.25% sales tax to all purchases within Massachusetts.
